Retaining Employees as IT Hiring Landscape Shifts

A good salary is the main motivation for changing jobs, more so than work-life balance, according to the findings of a survey of 3,000 tech professionals from more than 30 countries. The study, conducted by recruitment consultancy and IT outsourcing service provider Harvey Nash, found that 27 percent of technologists polled expect their next role to be with their current employer, up from 21 percent last year.
