Tech Business Breakfast: How do you resource the 'impossible-to-fill' position?
June 23rd - The Library Room, The Eight Members Club, 1 Change Alley, London EC3V 3ND
We would like to invite you to a small business breakfast, in the wonderful setting of The Library Room at The Eight Members Club in Moorgate. At this breakfast session, we will be looking at how IT leaders are finding innovative new ways to gain access to highly skilled tech people.
During the event you will get to meet like-minded IT leaders, gain insight from Harvey Nash's own research about the key trends, hear from some keynote speakers and talk through the different strategies being used: from cross-training, to outsourcing to using contract staff to doing nothing at all.
At Harvey Nash, we have a unique perspective on all this - we have worked with organisations that need to solve their toughest skills challenges, so have stories and tips we can share. This event accompanies the launch of a new business for us: Talent-IT, a partnership with a select number of top academic institutions, including Birkbeck College (University of London) that trains talented IT graduates and 'career shifters' in specific technical skills sets so that they are 'tailor made talent' for our client organisations.
