pose their own questions to our expert panel:

We were delighted to have Heidi
Roizen join us at the conference; Heidi provided a great insight into her own
career achievements and most importantly her excellent advice on how to further
your career in the industry.
The panel covered a range of topics
down to office culture and how women integrate into a typically male
environment, how to encourage more, younger women into technology, how to keep
female technologists in the sector and of course, how to ask for a payrise!
The survey and event have covered important topics and we are continuing to think of ways to push the issue further, breaking more ground as we go. The Women in Technology Conference was a great step forward and we look forward to the next one.
