Understanding new Gender Pay reporting and how to remove the gap
Thursday 9 March 2017 -- DAC Beachcroft, Manchester
Following the newly published and revised Gender Pay Reporting regulations, Harvey Nash and DAC Beachcroft have partnered to host an event to discuss and debate the topic and how to create a diverse and sustainable workforce.
The breakfast event will start with a presentation from Carol Rosati, Global Head of Inspire, who will discuss some of the root causes of gender inequalities, offering practical solutions to level the playing field.
This will then be followed by an interactive session with Deborah Hely and Guy Bredenkamp, partners at DAC Beachcroft, who will focus on the requirements of the revised Gender Pay Reporting regulations, including when to publish and how to communicate internally and externally. This will provide a platform to learn how organisations have already reported and ideas on how to tackle the causes of gender pay and the bonus gap.
