Carol Rosati OBE

Carol Rosati OBE is the founder of the global board network Inspire, which connects over 6,000 senior businesswomen worldwide.

As Inspire has developed over the last six years, she has gained a unique insight into the challenges faced by both women and the organisations that wish to attract and retain them.

She uses this knowledge to advise multi-national blue chip clients on their diversity and inclusion programmes. She is also a qualified executive coach and provides coaching and mentoring services to Inspire members.

Carol is active in formulating legislation in the UK and Europe to increase the number of women in senior management and on company boards. She also supported Fiona Woolf, the Lord Mayor of the City of London, as part of the Mayor’s Power of Diversity campaign.

Carol’s extensive search and assessment experience covers a wide range of industry sectors, specialising in board-level finance, CEO and non-executive director assignments for leading organisations. She is a director and member of the Board Services Practice at Harvey Nash Executive Search.

She also Chairs the remuneration and nominations committee and is on the main board of Southern Housing Group.
