With 2016 well underway, there are a number of exciting events ahead.

I am looking forward to meeting many new members when we open in Singapore in March and in Belgium in June - if you are interested in getting involved or would like to recommend Inspire to your own network in these regions, please get in touch.

In the UK, we will continue our work to help increase the number of women on all boards, but particularly in executive roles where so little real progress has been made.

We look forward to working with Sir Philip Hampton in his new role as chair of the next Davies review and hope to see him put into action some of the advice he shared when I interviewed him as part of our Leadership podcast series.
