Lindsey is a change and organisational development consultant who has lead award winning global projects with clients like Swarovski and Friesland Campina. She was an Executive Director at Ashridge Business School and is now an associate coach and consultant with Harvey Nash. Lindsey and Rachael have recently led a project with a CIO and his team to help them better integrate their service into an organisation that employs 6000 staff. This session will focus on high performing teams and their role in leading change.
