As a result of significant growth, Alumni - the leading executive search and leadership consultancy in the Nordics and part of the Harvey Nash Group - will be strengthening its leadership team with a number of promotions.

Magnus Tegborg, founding partner of Alumni will, in addition to his role of CEO Harvey Nash Nordics & Eastern Europe, become chair of Harvey Nash Group's Executive Search and Leadership Services Division. The extraordinary growth of the executive recruitment division within the Group requires a new focus to bring collaboration and co-ordination across all the markets and geographies in which executive recruitment is being delivered, stretching across 15 countries from the USA to Europe to Asia Pacific. Jan Hemmingson, previously Country Manager Sweden will take the newly created role of Managing Director for Alumni Nordics and Eastern Europe. Magnus Tegborg says: "In our next phase of international growth, Jan will be key in promoting the close collaboration between offices that Alumni has built its reputation on. Increasingly, our clients are looking for international search capabilities and Jan is extremely well placed to help us achieve that." Jan is a Partner at Alumni and joined the firm in 2004 where he has since worked across the service offering with specific focus on Executive Search, Management Assessments and Board Reviews. Jan started his professional career as a management consultant at Bain & Co. At Bain he worked on a broad spectrum of strategic issues including corporate strategy, growth strategy and commercial due diligence both in Sweden and internationally.

Christoffer Lindblad will be succeeding Jan Hemmingson, taking over as Country Manager Alumni Sweden. Christoffer is a Partner at Alumni and has worked for the firm since 2007. He started his career as an associate lawyer at the law firm Mannheimer Swartling and was later seconded to the General Counsel at Ericsson. Christoffer has been overall responsible for Alumni Nordic's Executive Search services and managed the firm's Financial Services Practice, including private equity and M&A. "Christoffer is an experienced and dynamic leader as well as respected advisor and we are looking forward to working with him to continue developing Alumni in Sweden", says Magnus Tegborg.

In addition to these appointments Alumni has also recently been strengthened by a number of new colleagues. In January, Hans Henrik Luttichau-Holm joined Alumni's operations in Denmark as Country Manager. The appointment underlines Alumni's strategy to keep expanding and building its network in Denmark. Hans Henrik's most recent position was as CEO for CBN, Denmark's leading business network  He has been instrumental to CBN's success, turning the company around and building it into a profitable business "I am confident that Hans Henrik's wealth of experience will be of great value to our clients and us", says Tanja Jibrandt, Partner and Hans Henrik's predecessor as Country Manager for Alumni Denmark.

Andreas Lokken and Melissa Minaya joined Alumni in the Malmo office in January  2013. Andreas joins as Senior Consultant and was previously with PBM Sweden where he was Regional Director. He is a registered psychologist and lecturer at Lund University. Melissa is part of our Research Team. "Andreas will be a valuable addition to Alumni and Melissa's international background and solid experience from executive search will make a great contribution to our team", says Office Manager Suzanna Malmgren.
