This is a fantastic opportunity for a progressive, innovative and charismatic Director of Nursing and Patient Experience who puts patients and our population at the heart of everything they do.
The agenda in the Health Board is immense and our new CEO is looking for an inspirational Director of Nursing and Patient Experience to work with the Board, Executive Team and herself to continue the cultural change journey the Health Board has begun and address the many organisational challenges the Health Board faces.
The Director of Nursing and Patient Experience will be a critical member of the Executive Team and Board with the opportunity to influence, contribute to and shape the organisation's transformation journey and support the new CEO to create a strong cohesive Executive Team providing exceptional leadership for those we serve, employ and work with.

You will support the development of an engaging environment that enables local decision making in a culture of strong accountability and delivery, securing improvements in our population health and delivering caring and continuously improving services for the population we serve.
