Since experienced & loyal developers on your payroll are hard to find, we offer you an excellent alternative solution.
We screen motivated juniors who are at the beginning of their careers. The selection of these juniors is done in close collaboration with you, since all customer needs are different. We emphasize on motivation, availability, education and location.
After this selection we train your future junior developers. We work with high quality trainers and listen to the needs of our customers to create the program. We set-up a full training program, preferably on-site. This training program is fully financed by Harvey Nash.
Your future employees are now ready to start working for you. We do, of course, ask our customers to provide good follow-up of these juniors and give continuous feedback towards Harvey Nash, so we can intervene when necessary.
You hire these consultants at a reasonable daily fee, for a period of 12 months. After this period you have the choice to hire them longer or to offer them a permanent contract.
