Eva - Marketing & Communications Manager HN
Describe Harvey Nash in 3 words.
Driven, Growing, Talented
What do you enjoy most about working for Harvey Nash?
Almost everything -Especially the colleagues... both the ones in the same office as colleagues elsewhere that you just randomly hear or see... We all get along really well and even meet after hours...
Would you recommend Harvey Nash to family and friends?
How would you describe the atmosphere at Harvey Nash?
The atmosphere is great, people get a lot of freedom in what they do and how they handle things and I just love the open and informal culture.
What is your current role?
I am responsible for Marketing & Communications in Belgium... a small country with great people.
What does a typical day involve for you?
There is no typical day for me... every day has its own surprises and brings an incredible range of projects and opportunities... but most of them have some similarities: checking and replying to e-mails, trying to hang up on pushy advertising people as quickly as possible, checking and updating our social media pages, stalking my marketing and IT helpdesk colleagues in the UK,... I also try to chat with my colleagues every day and catch up on their personal and professional stories. I believe this is really important when working together.
What has been your biggest challenge so far?
Finalising the new Belgian website... We've been tirelessly working on this for some time now and I am sure the result reflects this. I invite you all to take a tour around our website & connect with us on social media (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn).
What are your favourite websites?
Anything that has to do with fashion and clothing... although professionally I spend a lot of time on our Social Media pages and I love to look at competitor's websites to see what they are up to.
What was your childhood dream job?
When I was young, I have always wanted to be a detective...which is not that different from what my colleague recruiters do .
