Robert J. Miano, President & CEO, Harvey Nash USA
Robert Miano joined Harvey Nash in 2004 to lead the company’s expansion in the U.S. market. As President and CEO of U.S. Operations, he is responsible for the strategic direction and nationwide advancement of Harvey Nash Executive Search and IT Professional Services.
An executive with a proven record of growth and success, Bob was formerly President of the Technology Solutions Group for Spherion, which under his leadership became one of the company’s most profitable business units.
Prior to Spherion, he served as President of Comdisco Computing Services and General Manager of Manufacturers Hanover Corporation. His 30-year career in business and technology began at IBM.
Bob attended New York University's MBA program, majoring in finance.
Ted Blumenberg, CFO, Harvey Nash USA
Ted Blumenberg was appointed CFO in 2006 and is responsible for leading Harvey Nash’s finance functions, including accounting, business planning, tax, treasury and acquisition strategy in the U.S. marketplace. Prior to joining Harvey Nash, Ted was Director of Accounting for Preserver Insurance Group, Inc., the property and casualty insurance company.
He has held other key financial positions throughout his career, including Manager of Financial Reporting for Crum & Forster as well as Controller and Group Finance Director for Spherion Technology Solutions.
Ted is a licensed CPA and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA). He received his MBA, majoring in corporate finance, from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Anna Frazzetto, Senior Vice President of Technology Solutions, Harvey Nash USA
Anna Frazzetto, Senior Vice President of Technology Solutions for Harvey Nash, is an IT executive who has architected, implemented and overseen application development, managed services and outsourcing/offshoring initiatives at Global 1000 as well as mid-size companies. In more than two decades of IT leadership experience she has been responsible for the development and operation of technology practices in numerous organizations.
Frazzetto began her career in information systems as a Systems Engineer with IBM. She later joined Syncsort as a Product Developer and was responsible for managing quality assurance for new software development. In 1983, she moved to MHT Software and had strategic responsibility for software development, capacity planning and production support teams. In 1993, she joined Spherion and was a key driver in expanding their managed service line of business from $30 million to $120 million. Prior to joining Spherion, she was an Integration Manager with Comdisco Computing Services, where she developed and implemented their remote computing service and initiated a help desk practice.
Recently named to the HDI Strategic Advisory Board, and also a member of HDI’s Support Center Leadership Certification Standards Committee, Frazzetto’s professional affiliations include leading IT industry groups such as Support Services, Xephon and The Gartner Group.
She added author to her credits in 2010 when she contributed the chapter “Insourcing Versus Outsourcing: Critical IT HR Considerations” in the book Managing IT Human Resources: Considerations for Organizations and Personnel by Jerry Luftman, published by IGI. She holds a bachelor’s in computer science and mathematics from New York University.

Alistair Robinson, Senior Vice President, Executive Search, Harvey Nash USA
Alistair Robinson is a UK-chartered accountant. In 1997, after an early career in finance and accounting, he began his executive search career in the UK with Michael Page International. At Michael Page his client portfolio included a number of U.S. corporate clients. Promoted to the Board of the company’s U.S. operation in 2000, Alistair relocated to New York. Having successfully completed his three-year business plan, Alistair joined Harvey Nash in early 2004 with the objective of building the company's U.S. Executive Search practice.
Robinson specializes in C-level searches across a broad range of market sectors, including technology, retail and consumer goods, manufacturing and telecommunications.
Shawn Cahill, Vice President & Market Director, Washington
Since joining the Seattle office in 2001, Shawn Cahill has consistently performed as one of the company’s top achievers, setting the standard for client service excellence, resourceful talent recruitment and commitment to candidate satisfaction. In the first quarter of 2007, Cahill assumed leadership of the entire Washington region.
Cahill began his career working for an international logistics and freight firm, where he started as the manager of in- and outbound freight and eventually moved into sales. In 2001, he joined SnowDogs, the dynamic Seattle IT recruitment firm acquired by Harvey Nash in 2004. In his roles of increasing responsibility and leadership, Cahill has worked extensively on both the sales and recruitment side of the Harvey Nash business.
Cahill is a member of the Northwest Recruiters Association (NWRA). He graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s in business.
Jane Gilligan, Vice President of Business Development
With more than 19 years of experience in the information technology (IT) services sector, Jane Gilligan plays a key leadership role in developing and delivering IT solutions (offshore, managed services and project-based solutions) to clients nationwide.
A longtime talent and technology industry professional, Gilligan began her career as a recruiter before moving to sales and then branch and regional management positions. She joined Harvey Nash in 2007 after having worked for TransTech, an IT staffing organization, as VP of Sales. Prior to TransTech, Gilligan served as Vice President for the Western region of Spherion Technology where she managed a team of 17 branches with 120 employees and led a $120 million region with a net operating profit of $20 million.
Gilligan received her B.A. in business management from Salve Regina University. She is active in a number of professional organizations including the Illinois Information Technology Association, Association for Information Technology Professionals, Technology Leaders Association, The Executives’ Club of Chicago and Women in Technology International.
Deborah Rawlinson, Vice President, California
Shortly after joining Harvey Nash USA in May 2007, Deborah Rawlinson quickly established a reputation as a premier senior business developer in the Bay area. In her short tenure, Rawlinson became one of the top two business developers in the U.S. In addition to her proven success, her professionalism and dedication are why Rawlinson was appointed the leader of the California market in May 2008. In her role, she will be responsible for the recruiting and sales activities for the region.
With more than 20 years of experience bringing IT talent solutions to companies on the West Coast, Rawlinson is renowned for extensive knowledge of the market while managing very large numbers of consultants. Before joining Harvey Nash, Rawlinson worked for eight years at Comsys, Inc. in business development and account management. She was the highest revenue and profit earner for six consecutive years in the Bay Area resulting in top sales honors and recognition as Account Manager of the Year. In addition to Comsys, Rawlinson was responsible for business development for San Francisco-based All Star Consulting, Professionals for Computing and KvB Partners, Inc. She began her career in computer hardware and software sales in Seattle.
Rawlinson has a B.S. in computer science from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington.
Sean Gilligan, Market Director, Colorado
Since joining Harvey Nash, Sean Gilligan has played an instrumental role in improving the efficiency of Harvey Nash USA’s operations. He joined the company as a Technical Recruiter for the New Jersey and Connecticut markets helping to fill open requisitions with exceptional IT professionals, and quickly moved into recruiting for other Harvey Nash markets. In early 2009, Gilligan was promoted to the role of Innovation and Efficiency Manager where he reviewed and analyzed Harvey Nash regional operations identified best practices for the business and instituted programs to leverage relationships across the company to improve sales and recruiting efforts
Today, Gilligan is the responsible for driving new client business and leading the Harvey Nash office in the Colorado market. In addition, he will continue to serve as the U.S. representative for global Harvey Nash initiatives and retain his responsibilities for supporting marketing activities throughout the U.S. including its Webinar series and social media strategy.
Gilligan received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.
Michael Tosto, Market Director, New York
Since joining Harvey Nash in 2005, Michael Tosto has played a critical role in the growth of the company’s services and talent resources across the dynamic New York region. He joined the company as Recruiting Manager and quickly rose to Regional Director of Recruiting after demonstrating extensive understanding of business needs across the marketplace. Today he is Market Director for the New York office where he leads all recruitment and sales operations.
Prior to joining Harvey Nash, Tosto worked for five years in Germany for the global IT executive search and recruitment firm Antal International. Leading a team of five recruitment consultants for Antal in Frankfurt, Tosto delivered solutions to a range of blue-chip global clients, including IBM, T-Mobile, Accenture, Amadeus, CSC and United Technologies Corp.

Tom Roach, Vice President of Northeast Sales, Harvey Nash USA
A 25-year veteran in direct sales, Tom Roach plays a key role in driving sales activity and strengthening Harvey Nash’s brand in the Northeast. He will be assisting the Northeast sales team in growing its customer base and expanding its service lines to existing customers.
Tom has a successful track record of generating significant revenue and ROI for a diverse set of industries including city government, financial services, technology, education and media. Prior to joining Harvey Nash, he was Area and Regional Director for Spherion and managed multiple offices on the East Coast. He successfully delivered several Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and infrastructure management projects, and IT assessments and large IT staffing engagements. He consistently won awards for highest performance and supervised significant engagements with elite clients such as IBM, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase and New York City’s Department of Education.
Earlier in his career, Tom worked at Olsten and Lloyd Creative before moving to Talent Tree as a selling Branch Manager. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton.
