Mitchells and Butlers manage over 1,600 pubs, bars and restaurants across the UK and as such, they have extensive and specialised needs.

Harvey Nash was brought on board to deal with these needs and bring our experience and networks to the project. The Group needed us to recruit a team of ten business critical technology and change positions including the Head of Change, Head of Systems, Project Managers and Change Managers. To do this effectively and provide the highest calibre of IT leaders, we assembled a dedicated campaign delivery to team to manage the high-profile demand of recruiting ten roles simultaneously.
