Process and Timescales

Initial interviews will be conducted by Harvey Nash at the end of July with a view to a shortlist of candidates being presented to Universal Music Group International in early August. Shortlist interviews will be led by Derren Young, the Human Resources Director for UMGI. It is anticipated that second stage interviews will involve a meeting with the Senior Vice President of Digital, Rob Wells.
