About You

The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of competencies in order to shape and lead this department including:
- Extensive experience in account management
- Proven ability of the following in current or previous roles:
- Project management and presentation skills
- Excellent ability to develop relationships, communicate and influence others.
- Well organised with the ability to plan and deliver to tight deadlines and good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise the urgent from the imperative
- Good understanding of the commercial dynamics of the music/entertainment industry
- Good communicator, negotiator and presenter
- Proactive approach to work, constantly seeking improvement in all areas
- Experience of working on own as well as part of a team, and with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to remaining calm in an often pressured environment
- Excellent IT skills; must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of the Internet, mobile and download services and technologies
The ideal candidate will be passionate about music or the entertainment industry and the ever changing digital environment.

A second language would be desirable although it isn’t essential.
From time to time, travel to other territories will be required to help with their understanding of the digital environment or as part of maintaining and fostering a better relationship with key clients.
