We are an endowment charity and use the income from primarily property assets to make grants to local organisations to enhance the lives of those living in our town.

As our Chief Executive you will have demonstrable empathy for the town. You will develop and execute appropriate strategies agreed with the Board. There are potentially some very exciting projects for our new Chief Executive to evolve. You will need the skills to develop constructive relationships with the opinion formers and decision makers within the town. With the normal managerial skills required of a Chief Executive you should be innovative in your strategic thinking and have a long term vision for the future of the Trust.
