The Hyde Group has an established track record for providing quality services that are accessible and responsive to our residents' needs. The Audit Commission has given our housing management service a two-star rating, saying: "Hyde is providing a good two-star service with standards that are more challenging than the industry standard".
Hyde is also recognised as a high-performer by our regulator, the Housing Corporation, who awarded the Group "green lights" in all categories.
The Hyde Group has grown rapidly over the last two decades. Throughout this period we have been concerned that we should not become bureaucratic and unresponsive to local needs. Our network of local offices demonstrates the importance we give to maintaining clear links with the communities in which we work.
In our most recent, independently-conducted, resident's survey, 87% said they were satisfied with the service they receive from us. This places Hyde top of the G17 (17 largest housing associations working in London) performance table* in this category.
