Tom specialises in IT leadership appointments across both the public and private sector. He works with companies of all sizes from FTSE 100 businesses such as G4S and Severn Trent, to high growth emerging businesses.

Tom joined Harvey Nash in 2001 setting up the Regional IT Leadership Practise. With experience of delivering business critical IT Change roles as well as the delivery of large multi faceted campaigns, most recently with the Environment Agency. Tom understands the need to recruit the best talent on the market to make IT transformation work.

A graduate in Industrial Relations from The University of Bath, Tom understands the issues relating to the industry and is considered an internal thought leader for the IT Leadership group. When he’s not working, Tom spends his time with his young family now supporting his son’s rugby career having belatedly hung his boots up!
