Natalie is a Principal Consultant in the CIO Practice and a member of the Regional Management Team in Birmingham. Specialising in Senior IT Appointments, recent assignments have included CIO, Head of IT, IT Director, Programme Director, Transformation Manager, Global Infrastructure Manager, Business Applications Manager, Head of Service Delivery amongst others.

Natalie has 10 years experience recruiting technology professionals in London and overseas at organisations including Hudson Global Resources and The Synergy Group.  She returned to the Midlands to join Harvey Nash in 2006.  Natalie now recruits IT leaders across various UK territories and all industry sectors.  She has a degree in Business Management and Media (Joint Hons) from Manchester University.
