Kersty is head of the CIO Practice in Leeds with responsibility for delivering executive and leadership assignments. Her specialities include Chief Information Officers, IT Directors, Directors of IS, Heads of Function, Programme Director and Manager, Transformation Directors and Managers and Change Managers. Kersty’s recent assignments have involved roles within the public sector, SME and large blue chip within the UK and Europe.

Kersty has over 6 year’s recruitment experience and joined Harvey Nash in 2008. Prior to this she was responsible for establishing the senior appointments team for Yorkshire and the North East for a global recruitment organisation.

Kersty received a BSc (Hons) in Archaeology from the University of Southampton then went on to complete a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from the University of the West of England. In 2004 she was awarded an MBA from the University of Leeds.
