Web Services Manager
My client is looking for a web services manager to join their online services team. You should have a good understanding of the Internet, PHP, MySQL and an understanding of technical issues involved with the delivery of web services. Demonstrable experience is needed in the following areas; Stakeholder management, Web development experience including: design, deployment and delivery of localised web sites to pan-European territories and Line-management.
The Web Services Manager is responsible for the operations of my clients Web and Emails based operations and the team that deliver these operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that that Web and Email services deliver the right experience and that the customers' experience meets the business' requirements.
The role would ideally suit an experienced manager with a technical web background who is passionate about web technologies, social media and delivering a great customer experience.
