Ian Kirkpatrick
non-executive Chairman
 Ian Kirkpatrick, aged 60, is non-executive Chairman. Following a career in consultancy, stockbroking and commerce, he joined Bank of Scotland and became a director in the banking division of British Linen Bank Limited, its subsidiary. He is currently non-executive director of a number of companies. He was appointed Chairman of Harvey Nash in January 1997.
David Higgins

 David Higgins, aged 46, is founder of the business. Previously Chief Executive, he was appointed Executive Deputy Chairman in April 2005.

 Albert Ellis, aged 41, is Chief Executive. Previously Group Finance Director, he was appointed Chief Executive in April 2005. He joined the Group in 1998 from Hays Plc where he was divisional Finance Director.
Tom Crawford

and founder of the business, with responsibility for acquisitions and corporate development.
He was previously Joint Managing Director with responsibility for Group Operations and the IT File Search Division.
Gus Moore

 Gus Moore, aged 67, is a non-executive Director. He was appointed in April 1999. He was previously on the Board of Hong Kong Telecom and Managing Director of Hong Kong Telecom CSL. He is currently non-executive director of a number of companies.
Simon Wassall
European Managing Director
Simon Wassall has been with the group for over 10 years and is responsible for the UK and European IT recruitment operations. Prior to joining Harvey Nash, Simon opened several new operations for Austin Benn, and this led to his Board appointment to a newly acquired advertising and marketing company within their Group. Simon was promoted to Managing Director UK in 2002 and to his current role as European Managing Director in 2004.
Richard Ashcroft

Richard Ashcroft has a twenty-year track record of senior financial positions in a number of UK public and private companies, mostly in the professional services sector. During his successful career Richard has held senior finance roles with Vinten Group PLC, Michael Page International PLC, Denplan Limited, Mast International Group PLC and High Performance Coaching Limited. Richard was appointed Group Finance Director in November 2005.
