Prudential Viet Nam Finance Company Ltd. is the first foreign-invested company which has the license of providing financial services in Vietnam. They were officially launched in September 2007. They provide financial services, especially secured and unsecured loans to Vietnam Market via many channels such as telesales, direct sales.

Approaching the prospects in HCMC and Hanoi, introducing, persuading them to get loans from Prudential and collecting the documents from the customers as required.

Solution

Harvey Nash, because of its successful and experience in telemarketing, was chosen for executing the project. Harvey Nash set up a systematic process with the following features:

• Setting system on IP base which has many supporting functions as recordings, ACD reports.
• Collecting qualified database for the market fragment which is being focused.
• Having CMS application for management of all the outbound activities as well as the information from the customer.
• Having hotline and inbound team to motivate marketing activities.

Result

After 7 months working (From September 07 to March 08), Harvey Nash has booked 404 loans to the value of 17 billion VND.
