Telemarketing: Promotions & Win-back program
Service Description
During promotional seasons, Avon used SilkRoad’s telemarketing services to popularize its promotion programs to the Sales Agents who were not selling AVON products, actively. Our responsibilities were to design appropriate call scripts to introduce the new/promotion products, in the most efficient manner and execute such telecripts /calls in a timely manner. Objective was to motivate the Sales Agents to actively promote Avon ’s products, once again and there by increase the revenues.
Result
More than 10,000 agents were contacted with a win-back rate of 12%, while the target set by our Client was 10%. This high success rate resulted in a extremely happy Client. It also enabled us to win regular telemarketing assignments for their promotions & win-back programs during the last one year.
