To strengthen the team and Lantmännen's investment in digital business we are now looking for a Service Manager for LM2. The role is a new function and it offers an exciting challenge in an international group with many opportunities to influence the direction of digital business. As a Service Manager you have a key role within Lantmännen IT to drive the development and maintenance of LM2, which is an important pre-requisite for making the realization of Lantmännen's digital strategy a success.
The position is located at Lantmännen's headquarter in Stockholm and includes regular trips, mostly to our office in Malmö.
About LM2 and the role
Lantmännen is on a digital business journey in which the largest investment is LM2, Lantmännen's service portal for its members - the Swedish farmers who are both customers, suppliers and owners to Lantmännen. Through LM2 Lantmännen can simplify for the farmers to manage their daily business - such as grain trade, ordering of spare parts for machines, access to farm specific information for optimized cultivation etc. LM2 and the service offerings will continuously evolve as the farming industry rapidly becomes more digitized and new opportunities arise.
As Service Manager LM2 you are responsible from Lantmännen IT for continuous development and management of LM2 as a packaged solution. You are also responsible for leading design, development and maintenance of the Epi-Server based applications which represent a large part of LM2.
Skills and experience
We are looking for a person with an academic degree in a relevant area and with 5-10 years of work experience within IT maintenance and development. You have a good understanding of business processes as well as knowledge about development of technical platforms for digital business and development tools such as EpiServer or equivalent. As we are an international organization we expect that you have experience from large and complex international organizations as well as good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
To succeed in the role, you are a natural and structured leader that can manage key stakeholders of LM2, both in regards to the strategic direction and continuous development of LM2 as well as the ongoing maintenance and operations to meet expected service levels. You are a perseverant and energetic team player that shows great initiative. You are also a visionary leader with strong communication skills that combines business acumen with technical know-how to navigate Lantmännen on the journey of digital business.
