Senior Sourcing Managers with CRM experience, SEB (Stockholm)

Would you like to work with driving SEB's strategic procurement agenda and developing SEB's procurement team in CRM? We are now looking for two senior sourcing managers with CRM experience to our Procurement team in Stockholm.

About the position
Your work will primarily include building strong relationships together with different divisions at the bank. You will identify and sell sourcing opportunities to senior stakeholders. Together with the stakeholders, you will set sourcing strategies that are aligned with their business plans.

At the procurement department, you will also have a strategic category responsibility and lead efforts to implement strategies for your categories. You will manage complex sourcing projects of high business value together with stakeholders and sourcing support. Sourcing support consists of strategic buyers from the Swedish sourcing team and from our Shared Service Centre in Vilnius. You will also be responsible for implementing and conducting vendor management programmes for SEB's strategic suppliers.

Your profile
To succeed in your role with us, you should have 6-10 years of sourcing experience. You are experienced in customer relationship management (CRM) and demonstrate a track record of influencing stakeholders, managing suppliers and leading colleagues. You are an excellent relationship builder who has sold strategic sourcing services. You also have a track record of developing and executing complex category strategies.

You should bring high business acumen to the role and an ability to identify, sell, manage and deliver complex projects across countries and divisions. You have experience in the development of sourcing support. Experience from strategic sales and CRM is a merit.

You are analytical and able to present complex data to senior stakeholders. We expect you to be service minded and highly sales oriented as well as have excellent communication skills.
