Sales Director, Linkon AB (Stockholm)
Linkon AB is now looking for a new Sales Director. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the long-term customer profitability and satisfaction. As the Sales Director you will define commercial strategy, building the appropriate organization and capabilities and leading execution of strategy in the Nordics.
As Sales Director at Linkon you will be:
• Managing customer relationships
• Developing account profitability
• Providing cost effective support and services in line with customer expectations
• Building and leading a strong and commercial team
• Scanning the market for new opportunities and bringing these through to closure (business development)
• On-boarding customers
• Providing marketing communications
• Having joint responsibility with other members of the management team for company overall long-term profitability
• Providing marketing and customer intelligence
• Together with Product building the Value Proposition
This position manages a team within sales, marketing and business development. The Sales Director is based in central Stockholm reports to the CEO and is part of the management team.
Requirements / Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you will need a solid experience of successfully leading a sales organization or business area. You have Experience from complex B2B sales of IT products and services with long sales cycles. In addition you have a university degree and are fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written) with very strong presentation skills.
It is meriting with experience within train or transportation industry and experience working in a management team.

You have a strong inner confidence with low ego as well as curious, humble and prestige-less. As the Sales Director you will need to have strong skills in building relationships and you are agile in a changing and growing environment. In addition you are persistent and self-motivated, sales and result driven and you have a solid business acumen.
