As Sales and Supply Chain Manager at IKEA Industry Hultsfred you get the chance to be a part of creating and maintaining long lasting relations with our customers. Most of our customers have worked with us for many years but there will also be some new grounds to break. In this role you will lead a team consisting of production planning, warehouse, external logistics and order/purchase. Together with your team you will ensure that our customers get the best service and delivery possible.

To be successful in this role need to have:
- Maintain and develop the relationship with our 3-4 key customers
- Actively look for new opportunities with other potential customers
- Leading and developing your department within logistics and planning
- Build a relationship with key stakeholders both at the Hultsfred site as well as within IKEA
- Take active part in the management team
To enjoy working in this role you have to be a creative problem solver and a person who likes to provide excellent service both internally as externally. We are looking for a true team player who has a positive attitude and is good at establishing and keeping good relationships with key stakeholders. You are used to work in a high pace and have a flexible and creative mindset. You also need to have a sane and cost-conscious mindset to be able to find cost-efficient solutions for both ourselves and our customers. You are a good communicator and of course fluent in English both oral and written.
