Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist, Perstorp AB (Malmö)

Are you a recruiting professional that want to build Perstorp's new Employer Branding platform? Perstorp is looking for a driven and engaged individual that will build this new function as well as deliver high caliber candidates to the organization. Your placement will be at Perstorp's offices in Perstorp and/or Malmö.

Areas of responsibility and challenges
In this position you will be a part of the HR team with the mission to develop, implement and manage high quality HR support to both the local sites in Sweden as well as to Perstorp's international sites and offices in Europe, USA and Asia. As a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist you will mainly, but not exclusively, be working hands on with all aspects of Perstorp's talent acquisition to attract new top talents to Perstorp.

In this role you will make use of your previous experiences in order to build new structures to support our managers throughout the recruitment process. Further, this position offers an exciting opportunity to further build our employer brand, from strategy to connecting with talents. You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the HR team and you will also support local manager with tasks covering other areas of the HR field with an operational and administrative focus.

  • Further develop Perstorp's recruitment and employer branding strategy
  • Develop and implement recruitment policies, guidelines and tools
  • Actively attract and recruit new talents to Perstorp
  • Further develop and establish the onboarding process
  • Participate in projects related to talent acquisition and HR in general
  • Act as "go-to-person" within HR locally in Perstorp and Malmö

Candidate profile

To be successful in this role we believe that you have a genuine interest and knowledge in recruitment and employer branding and has the capacity to drive these processes globally, both on a strategic level as well as operational. It is an advantage if you have a broad HR understanding. As a person you are social with ability to connect with people on different levels and nationality. You enjoy providing high quality service and building structure to make your work more efficient. You like to work in a team but can manage your work independently with minimal supervision and are used to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration or similar
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Practical experience with Employer Branding
  • You are fluent in English, both oral and written

Meriting

  • Experience from working in an international environment
  • Experience from working with general HR
