Marketing Manager, Linkon (Stockholm)
Are you a driven, creative and communicative marketing expert who is ready for the next step? Linkon are currently in an expansion phase and are looking for a person to take full responsibility for developing their marketing function, take hands-on responsibility for the marketing of their products, creating presentation material, white papers and building and strengthening the Linkon brand.
You will be part of the Sales & Marketing team and report to the Commercial Director but work closely with the Product department. You will also work together with the Marketing Manager at SilverRail, based in London.
• External communication (e.g. press, PR, social media)
• Develop product communication and strategic product positioning
• Together with the Product department define and own the value proposition
• Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the customer segment's needs, trends and dynamics
• Creating marketing collateral (e.g. product presentations, white papers, press releases, success stories etc.)
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, consolidating customer needs in order to develop new product concepts or enhancements.
• Competitor analysis and market research
Competence and skills
To be successful as the Marketing Manager at Linkon you have a degree in marketing, business or equivalent. You have proven and broad marketing experience within a business to business oriented company within the IT/Software industry.
You are proficient in writing, translating and condensing highly technical product offerings and concepts for a wide variety of audiences. You have experience in market analysis and you are familiar with B2B product marketing tactics.
Furthermore, you have the ability to drive communication processes and work effectively across cross-functional teams. Of course, you have excellent communication skills and you are fluent in Swedish and English, in speech and writing. A background in design and/or copywriting is a plus.
