Group Client Development Manager, Intrum Justitia (Stockholm)
Intrum Justitia is now increasing its focus on sales towards large multinational companies and we are therefore seeking a talent to join us. This effort is an important part of our growth strategy on Group level and in the 19 countries where we are present. The initiative was started in April 2015 and has been very successful in gaining the trust from large corporations with local and cross-border needs of our services. You will be a key player to continue and increase the success.
The role comprises close collaboration with the Group Sales Director, Regional Sales Managers, other top managers within Intrum (country Managing Directors, Financial Directors and Sales Directors) and local/central specialists. The aim is to win the biggest deals in our Group.
Being a driving force throughout the entire sales process ("prospecting"), including:
- Analysing the segments/mapping and evaluation of key targets
- Mapping of key stakeholders at the Client and be a part of approach tactics
Project management and internal governance throughout the core sales process ("proposal phase"), including:
- Driving the creation of internal and external business cases and proposal documents
- Development of bid tactics
- Final negotiations/agreement
- Closing and hand-over to operations
The role also comprises development of our internal structure to strengthen our ability to succeed with cross-border sales
The target persons for us is management level at the companies which demands a consultative approach (analytical, problem solving, collaborative and trust builder - value based pitch) on both strategic and tactical level. You will report to, and work on a daily basis together with, the Group Sales Director.
Profile and personal characteristics
We are looking for a talent with a winner profile and a great drive to deliver results. You have excellent analytical skills and you are a king/queen in creating great PowerPoint and Excel material. We believe that you have a Master's degree and 3-5 years' experience from management consulting. You are also proficient in driving complex projects with great success and have extensive experience from working with external clients. The role demands strong project management skills since it will require collaboration with cross-border/multinational project members on various levels within the Intrum organization and the Client organization.
In addition you need to have experience and feel confident to contribute in Client relations throughout all steps in the sales process. The role will demand traveling (~5-10 days/month).
