Global HRBP / HR Business Partner, Perstorp AB (Malmö)

Are you a business-driven HR professional that want to work in a fast-paced international environment with short decision paths where your work really can make a difference? Perstorp is looking for a skilled and driven HRBP with placement at their HQ in central Malmö.

Areas of responsibility and challenges
In this position you will be a part of the global HR team but work with a focus on two business areas, Specialties & Solutions and Innovation. You will have a global scope and your tasks will cover most parts of the HR agenda. You will act as sounding board towards the management team and as a true business partner you will take a natural part in the management team for the business areas and contribute to the business with your wide knowledge.

You are expected to quickly build a solid understanding of the business and translate your insights into organizational solutions and development activities. You will be responsible for implementing and anchoring the key HR processes throughout the organization. As a HR Business Partner you will act on all levels; strategic, tactical and operational in order to support and challenge the organization. Thus, this partly is a new position, you will to a large extent shape your own job and significantly influence the HR function and the business with your initiative and drive. You will report to the VP HR and work closely with Executive Vice President Specialties & Solutions and Innovation and be an active part of her management team. You are also a part of the HR Management Team.

  • Act as sounding board and a natural "go-to person" for the BA Specialities & Solutions and Innovation.
  • Execute HR deliverables in line with the respective units People strategy and business needs.
  • Responsible for managing HR related projects throughout the global organization.

Requirements

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration or similar
  • 5+ years experience from similar positions
  • Experience from working in an international environment
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written

Meriting

  • Experience from working in a matrix organization
