Commercial Director, Linkon AB (Stockholm)

The Commercial Director is responsible for managing the long-term customer profitability and satisfaction by defining commercial strategy, building the appropriate organization and capabilities and leading execution of strategy in the Nordics. Currently this position manages a team consisting of 10-15 people and 6 direct reports within sales, marketing and service delivery. The Commercial Director is based in central Stockholm reports to the CEO and is part of the management team.

As Commercial Director at Linkon you will be:

• Providing marketing and customer intelligence
• Building the Value Proposition and Marketing Materials
• Providing Marketing Communications
• Scanning the market for new opportunities and bringing these through to closure (business development)
• On-boarding customers
• Managing customer relationships
• Developing account profitability
• Providing cost effective Support and Services in line with customer expectations
• Building and leading a strong and commercial team
• Having joint responsibility with other members of the management team for company overall long term profitability

Requirements / Qualifications

• University degree
• Experience from complex B2B sales of IT products and services with long sales cycles
• Solid experience of successfully leading a sales organization or business area within sector mentioned above
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written) with very strong presentation skills
• Strong inner confidence with low ego
• Persistent and self-motivated
• Curious, humble and prestige-less
• Strong in building relationships
• Sales and result driven
• Solid business acumen
• Agile in a changing and growing environment

Meriting

• Experience within train or transportation industry
• Experience working in a management team
