Would you like to work with the development of business processes within a market leader in the payment and card industry? Now we are looking for a Nordic Business Developer within SEB Kort, based in SEB's new headquarter in Solna.

Today, SEB Kort is a Nordic organization represented in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway and is the leading corporate card provider in the Nordic region. SEB Kort AB has 3.9 million issued cards such as Eurocard, Diners Club, SEB branded as well as a number of other profiled cards in the MasterCard network.

Card Services is a quite newly formed part of SEB Kort and we have just initiated a Nordic transformation journey to establish a highly effective organization to deliver excellent customer experience and efficient operations.

About the position
As Business Developer you will be a crucial part of transforming Card Services for future challenges. You are expected to identify, lead and run projects within the Nordics. The main mission for you will be to lead transformation initiatives and to actively support the Card Services organization during the change journey.

You will act in a dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to design and implement the future delivery model for Card Services. You will work with Business development colleagues and other colleagues from the line organization as one team. You will have a great insight and chance to follow projects the whole way from initiation to implementation. Also, you will join a newly created team and have a great possibility to impact the team's direction, offering and contribution to Card Services.

Your profile
If you are passionate about driving change, delivering tangible results and have a great drive & energy level, you can be the person we are looking for.
Our preferred candidate has experience as Management consultant, Business developer or Project manager. You have a strategic mind-set and also a proven track record of implementing strategies to realize bottom line results. We value your experience of leading and developing colleagues.

You are structured and well organized with great collaboration, relationship and communication skills. You are a team player that actively contributes with drive and positive energy and strives to have fun at work.

Qualifications:
- Experience as Management consultant or similar
- In-depth knowledge (and practice) in leading business transformation projects i.e. experience of leading and mobilizing teams
- Experience from stakeholder-management in big co-operations
- Strong track record of delivering results
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Academic Degree in relevant field, such as business, marketing or law
