Your responsibilities:
Sitting in Gothenburg and reporting to the CEO, we are now looking for a self-driven and motivated person to work in this dynamic, fun and professional environment.

Additional tasks will include:
• Commercial integrity with full operational and strategic responsibility for your sales region
• Close involvement in a range of commercial topics together with CEO and colleagues
• Developing the business with specific accounts and negotiating contracts
• Focus on value creating and consulting sales to our customers and especially towards OEM's
• Interaction and negotiations with our Key Account customers in your region
• You will work with customized solutions as well as finished products and platforms
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts in our offices in Finland and our factories in Finland and Estonia
• Present and demonstrate new products, features and functionalities to customers
• Securing Business Intelligence on the main Competitors
• Support and work closely with the customer prior submission of new RFQ's
• Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Travel as necessary to meet and support the clients in the region

Your profile:
• University Degree or Similar in a technical or business related subject
• Experience from the industry and working with OEM's is preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong conceptual understanding, commercial mindset and ability to drive your own business
• Strong empathy and ability to communicate with people on all levels and multicultural
• You fit and are attracted to the Ouman AB culture which is very down-to-earth and with a strong balance between performance drive and people orientation
• You are goal oriented, independent but also a good team player, capable of developing the business together with other employees within the company
• You have no prestige and put the best of the company in the first place
• Fluent Swedish and English in writing and speaking
