This position is part of our Customer Delivery team. The person will be responsible for understanding the company's reporting and analytical system, architecting data models, and designing effective reports and dashboards.

Overview:

Our client is seeking to hire three experienced Information Systems Analysts (ISA) to join their Enterprise Producer Services team. Required Experience/Skills:

Provides recommendations on Security workflow and design enhancements to the infrastructure to improve reliability and performance, reduce cost, and anticipate Company growth and acquisitions.
Work closely with the Engineering team to implement solutions that have been fully designed and tested
Responsibilities will include Security, Level 2&3 support and monitoring of data networks, including WAN, LAN, and Wireless on a Cisco network.
Routinely audit and document network diagrams and configuration information.
Work with business management to understand networking requirements and help in preparing report templates for scheduling and explanation.
Troubleshoot Security, networking issues as needed on a tier 2&3 basis.

Qualifications:
Thorough understanding of Check Point software NGX R65 or later running on SPLAT or Nokia IP security gateways in a distributed cluster or single enforcement point deployment.
Extensive network troubleshooting knowledge.
Solid understanding of Security best practices.
Working knowledge of Cisco ASA/PIX clustered and standalone deployments, Cisco ACE, Juniper SSL Portal, Infoblox DNS appliances and Microsoft DNS
Solid understanding of networking technologies: OSI Model, Switching, IP Routing, IP Subnetting, TCP/IP protocol, VPN�s, DNS, Router ACL�s, and NAT.
Bachelors in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
5 + years of experience in local, wide area networking.
DNS experience preferred

Position Overview

The Regional Operations Director - is responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, management, and support for a Global Media Firm's global applications platforms in the Americas region.  Manage/drive all escalated Incident and Problem tickets through to resolution (root cause where possible); document all findings and solutions in knowledge-base articles.
 Participate in the Production Acceptance Criteria process.
 Be aware of all open critical tickets and the next course of action as they relate to systems monitoring.
 Be aware of all anticipated changes and outages, enable/disable monitoring as appropriate.
 Immediately respond to all production environment alarms of a critical nature;
 Note the times any scheduled changes/outages begin and end. Upon completion, verify the operational environment has not been negatively affected in any way;
 Notify PSE or Data Center Manager when a ticket is in need of escalation to Level 3 support;
 Review all tickets closed to determine if knowledge base procedures can be applied to resolve the problem at Level 1 support as it relates to systems monitoring;
 Provide training to Operators on supporting production equipment at Level 1;
 When SWAT teams are deployed to resolve problems, serve as primary problem researchers, communicators and facilitators in respective area of expertise;
 Ensure all appropriate report and checklist inputs are available;
 Ensure all required documentation for supporting elements in the production environment is readily available;
 Perform Level 2 problem resolution as per delineated procedures and in accordance with specified service levels.
 Develop appropriate templates for monitoring environments based on established procedures.
 Ensure all monitoring specifications meet current policies and guidelines.
 Work toward creating a center of excellence within IT Operations with regard to system monitoring.

The Production Support Engineer for Systems Monitoring is responsible for the workflow of all systems monitoring operations (Production, D.R., Development, Q/A) throughout the organization using our current or future monitoring tools which currently consist primarily of HP Openview Siteseer and associated products including SPI, Operations Manager Connector and MIR3-TelAlert. She/He will also participate in any special projects that involve providing coverage from the Operations Control Center which may include nights and weekends and holidays as well as support in our Disaster Recovery Testing and support.

Responsibilities:
The following represent the responsibilities of the systems monitoring support engineer:

 Manage servers associated with HPOM and develop best practice based approach to administration
 Manage/drive all escalated Incident and Problem tickets through to resolution (root cause where possible); document all findings and solutions in knowledge-base articles.
 Participate in the Production Acceptance Criteria process.
 Be aware of all open critical tickets and the next course of action as they relate to systems monitoring.
 Be aware of all anticipated changes and outages, enable/disable monitoring as appropriate.
 Immediately respond to all production environment alarms of a critical nature;
 Note the times any scheduled changes/outages begin and end. Upon completion, verify the operational environment has not been negatively affected in any way;
 Notify PSE or Data Center Manager when a ticket is in need of escalation to Level 3 support;
 Review all tickets closed to determine if knowledge base procedures can be applied to resolve the problem at Level 1 support as it relates to systems monitoring;
 Provide training to Operators on supporting production equipment at Level 1;
 When SWAT teams are deployed to resolve problems, serve as primary problem researchers, communicators and facilitators in respective area of expertise;
 Ensure all appropriate report and checklist inputs are available;
 Ensure all required documentation for supporting elements in the production environment is readily available;
 Perform Level 2 problem resolution as per delineated procedures and in accordance with specified service levels.
 Develop appropriate templates for monitoring environments based on established procedures.
 Ensure all monitoring specifications meet current policies and guidelines.
 Work toward creating a center of excellence within IT Operations with regard to system monitoring.
 Conduct yourself with the utmost professional manner at all times.
 Engineer monitoring solutions and documentation for applications support staff and other clients.

Monitor and resolve issues with Bank clients and Bank Gateway performance.
Monitoring the infrastructure outside of the core operating hours
Perform intraday and end of day reconciliation of statements from the Central Banks.
Monitor opening and closing of RTGS� and other systems.
Liaison with Members, Liquidity Providers, Central Banks, RTGS system operators and Nostros regarding failure of their processes and systems.
Invoking and executing Failure Management and Crisis Management procedures.
Produce and distribute regular internal and external facing reports in various formats, e.g. Word / Excel / Email
Compliance monitoring and execute compliance related tasks.
Produce schedules and perform all testing and trial activities.

Deputy Specific Objectives:

Effectively manage the team when the Operations Manager is absent including:
Supervise activities of staff on the shift and addressing any issues / requests from staff in a timely manner.
Managing effectively the service against the service timeline
Ensure seamless handover from shift to shift and that problems/issues are fully documented and understood.
Escalate any issues and manage crisis events as per standard procedures.
Serve as a point of contact and resolve any enquires directed to the Operations Manager during his/her absence.

Person specification - Qualifications Essential:

Strong academic background (ideally including maths or a related subject.
Business related degree or equivalent .

Extensive experience in a Banking environment, encompassing all aspects of middle and back office processing.
Proven track record of IT experience in a technical operations environment, and experience in an

Thorough knowledge of international payment operations.

Will have dealt with global clients, customers and other third parties directly.
Experienced in (complex) query resolution.
Hands on Microsoft experience including Windows and Office.
Knowledge of ITIL standards and Service Desk process flow.
Experience of supporting bespoke applications.
Working knowledge and understanding of SWIFT network and interfaces.

Senior Software Development Engineer

Summary:

The Senior Software Development Engineer will be responsible for support and code development using JAVA/C/C++ to maintain and develop both proprietary and industry standard solutions in a Telecommunications environment. Software solutions will need to interface with Voice over IP switching network and SBCs. Using code solutions, resolution of billing data information based on raw CDR feeds and develop in house monitoring systems looking at MOS, Jitter and other call quality baseline data. Qualifications:
