Carol has a blue chip background, having headed up a series of recruitment offices in the South of England with clients ranging from large PLCs to small SMEs, and from industries as diverse as Motorola, Rolls Royce, Anchor Foods and British Aerospace.

Looking for a dynamic expert to set up their first designated search and selection function in the South, Deloitte & Touche poached Carol from the South West office of Harrison Willis in 1997.

Three successful years later, she began a five year stint heading the UK Southern business unit of KPMG Search & Selection, placing CFOs, CEOs and MDs. Boundlessly enthusiastic about her work, she is justifiably proud that many of her candidates have become clients.
