The Women’s Directorship Programme
Harvey Nash Executive Search and The University of Hong Kong, Executive Education of the Faculty of Business and Economics, joined forces to create the world's first certificated, cross-industry, international board preparedness programme specifically for women leaders.
The programme addresses contemporary issues in the workplace, enabling the participants to be more effective at managing boards, and in turn increasing the pool of board-ready women executives.
Harvey Nash Executive Search is a supporter of the 30% Club in both Hong Kong and the UK. Harvey Nash has signed up to the voluntary code of conduct for the executive search community, to address gender diversity on corporate boards and best practice for the related search processes.
Founded in 2008 by Harvey Nash, Inspire is a unique platform for top women in board positions. Inspire facilitates meetings and connections across industries and sectors and has a membership base of 3,000 board-level women.
The network started in the UK, but has quickly spread to the U.S. from New York to California, Asia Pacific from Hong Kong to Sydney, and across Europe.
Alongside producing thought leadership surveys and reports, Inspire also hosts events with keynote speakers on a regular basis, enabling our members’ access to an international forum and support network.
