Creating an inclusive culture - Newcastle event

Tuesday 15th November 2016 -- Crowne Plaza, Newcastle

How to create a diverse and inclusive workplace

Harvey Nash will be hosting an evening of thought provoking and informal discussion around how innovation, stronger client relationships and competitive advantage can all be achieved through creating an inclusive culture. Diversity comes in many forms, beyond gender, age or ethnicity. People with disabilities or mental health issues, workers who identify with LGBT or those from a different background or faith, all have a contribution to make in the workplace and, will be a closer reflection of clients and customers in our global economic community.

The informal discussions will be led by Carol Rosati OBE, founder and Global Head of Inspire, Harvey Nash's global Board network for senior level women.
