Our Fees

We believe in transparency in fees.

We work on a retained basis and typically charge one-third of the first year's remuneration. The exact fee will depend on the nature of the assignment, but is usually divided between three stages:

Deliverables

Project initiation Detailed job and person specification document detailing tailored approach for conducting the assignment. We can conduct extensive global search, search into very narrow sectors or advertise the role in the executive press. The first fee is invoiced on formal engagement.

Shortlist Comprehensive report of all shortlisted candidates explaining how they match or exceed the job and person specification, as well as career history, salary expectations and areas to probe at next stage of interviewing Research report on general market findings including client's perception as an employment brand. We will only invoice the shortlist fee when you agree we have found candidates that meet your specification.
Placement Confirmed offer and start date Harvey Nash will stay in regular contact with the candidate until they join. The final fee is based on the compensation agreed with the candidate is invoiced or formal acceptance by the appointee.
