Tobias has worked as an organisational psychologist for seven years. “By adding my expertise in organisational psychology to the Alumni / Harvey Nash team we can improve our business further” he says.

Tobias began his career as a junior consultant at Personnel Decisions International. During his time there he was involved in development of assessment centre programmes for several big costumers. He also trained HR professionals in interview techniques. In 2003 Tobias joined one of Sweden's bigger test publishers & HR consultancy firms, Assessio. Over the next four years he quickly made his way up the company, ending up as a Manager of a Nordic consulting team of ten experienced HR consultants. At Assessio Tobias focused on psychological assessment, training courses in psychological testing, HR process development, assessment centres, leadership training, teambuilding, conflict management and interview training.

In 2007 Tobias joined Alumni / Harvey Nash to start up the new service line of "executive reviews". He brings with him a psychological perspective and extensive knowledge of HR research to the firm. ”For me the possibility to improve my business skills and to work for one of Scandinavia's most well established HR companies is a great challenge and opportunity” he says.
