Stina has a bachelor in Human Relations from Lund University and has spent six years working with HR and Professional Development at McKinsey & Company in Stockholm. At McKinsey she focused on the recruitment of high achievers, talent management, developing training programs and worked as a Staffing Manager before joining Alumni in December 2006.

Stina focuses on high potential positions within for example business development where her expertise among high achievers is efficient. Stina has an in depth understanding of HR and therefore specialises in HR selection roles. Furthermore, Stina is certified in different assessment tools and is engaged in executive review programmes and the assessment of individuals for both selection and development purposes.
