Martin initially joined Alumni / Harvey Nash whilst he was still completing his studies at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, as part of a program focused on establishing a network for future managers.

After completing his MSc in Electrical Engineering he joined Accenture as a management consultant where he was involved in international assignments in the electronics & high tech sector, doing sourcing and production planning. Martin was also involved in developing eBusiness solutions for the automotive industry before he spent his last two years at Accenture in HR-oriented and systems implementation assignments.

Martin then returned to Alumni / Harvey Nash in December 2003 where he specialises in executive search for professional services, IT, venture capital and cosmetics companies as well as conducting consulting projects in Telecoms, Life Science and FMCG. Martin became practice manager for IT and Telecoms in spring 2006.
