Karin Laurell has been a senior consultant with Alumni since 2000. It was the mission statement “business success through people” combined with the professionalism of Alumni that attracted her to the business. Helping clients and candidates exceed their goals brings Karin great satisfaction. “It is very inspiring to follow talented people over the years, one year they are a candidate and the next they are top performing clients. To meet successful people on a daily basis is an enormous privilege” says Karin.

Karin divides her time between Executive Search and HR Consulting. She is currently Practice Manager for the largest practice on the Scandinavian market, the Industry Practice, as well as International Industry Practice Manager for Harvey Nash. During her time at Alumni/Harvey Nash Karin has successfully initiated and built the Life Sciences Practice. Today she is a senior advisor for some of the largest accounts within both Industry and Life Sciences.

Before joining Alumni/Harvey Nash Karin was a Management Consultant at Accenture specialising in Change Management. She has a Master of Science in International Business from the University of Uppsala.
