In 1999, Iain joined Harvey Nash as a Senior Consultant providing both search & executive selection services to customers globally. He has completed many senior appointments, consistently operating at board level across Public & Private sectors.
Iain has placed IT Directors of over 150 businesses and can produce delivery testimonials from a number of Chief Executive Officers, Managing Directors, Human Resource Directors and Finance Directors. These assignments have included senior appointments delivered on behalf of the Department of Health, NHS Connecting for Health (30 placements), Department of Health & Social Services within the Welsh Assembly Government & NHS Primary Care/Foundation Trusts.
Prior to his 10 years with Harvey Nash, Iain worked on IT roles for a major UK FMCG / Leisure business – This journey also lasted 10 years and took him from a Graduate Business Systems Analyst role to Head of Application Support, a role in which he had responsibility for IT Help Desk, IT Training & Application Support teams. Iain is an Economics & Manpower Studies Graduate from the West of Scotland University and is an IPM Graduate.
