With a masters degree in Computer Science and Maths from Paris VI University, and four languages, Catherine has spent the last 12 years criss-crossing the globe setting up and selling complex software solutions to the financial sector. Whether she was revamping the Derivatives Trading technology of Deutsche Bank, Frankfurt or selling Trading and Risk Management systems to Dexia Bank or the Bank of England, she has the expertise to deal with top-level strategy and nitty-gritty set-up detail.
She likes a challenge – in 1997 she was the first to sell the complete OpenLink system (at mpct Solutions) to a European bank, breaking a new market, and she has also set up the operations of two companies from scratch, Talk Software (Communications software) in Paris and Park Mobile (Payment System by mobile phone) in Barcelona.
Catherine’s sharp mathematical brain, outstanding sales pedigree in tough markets and international credentials made her an obvious target for the executive search sector. Clients recognise they are dealing with an astute consultant who knows what she’s talking about.
Her unstoppable energy is evident in her personal life as well as her work - she spent time on her ‘sabbatical’ setting up a nutrition website that was sponsored by Sainsbury’s, she regularly throws dinners for 25 and she runs 10k four times a week.
