The need for a truly international retained search firm in Denmark, specifically focussing on the Oeresund region, is a huge opportunity for both me and Harvey Nash.

Copenhagen has for some time filled the role as the bridge between the continent and the rest of the region resulting in multiple international and regional headquarters. The Danish economy is among the strongest in Europe and the Executive Search market is flourishing. My expectations for the Copenhagen office are extremely positive. We should be well established in one year, well recognised and acknowledged in three years and in the top three in five years.

Despite the tough competition we are in fact already working on the first assignments managed from the Copenhagen office and the level of competencies and enthusiasm from the Global Harvey Nash team has struck me as being hugely collegial and supportive.
