LONDON - Thursday 6th October 2016 - Harvey Nash, the global professional and executive recruitment group, today launches the Inclusion Toolkit podcast series with leading voices on creating an inclusive workplace. Included in the toolkit are interviews with business leaders and experts from organisations such as Google, Santander, KPMG, Lloyds and the Royal Mail, on the diversity and inclusion issues that many businesses find difficult to address.
The toolkit has been launched to share best practice, enable discussion and broaden awareness of some of the most challenging topics faced by businesses today.
Although more businesses now recognise the importance of having a diverse workforce, for many this still means gender.
