Engage network Leeds event
Friday 13 May 2016, KPMG, Leeds
For the first time, Harvey Nash is bringing its inclusion network, Engage to the 'Power House of the North', to connect senior business leaders from all cultural backgrounds beyond the M25. Following the popular success of Engage in London, join us in Leeds to debate and discuss why there has been so little progress for diversity beyond gender at Board level.
There is certainly no shortage of talent across the UK's diverse ethnic communities, but there seem to be barriers that are limiting their progression to the most senior levels.
Our speaker, The Rt. Hon. Baroness Warsi, will share her opinions on this subject, welcoming views from the powerful voices driving UK business in the North. Be part of Engage and don't turn down the opportunity to join us as we seek to move towards the forefront of the inclusion debate.
Engage launched in 2015, with the support of the Financial Times, and now connects with over 500 men and women leaders from all cultural backgrounds. It follows the success of Harvey Nash's Inspire network, one of the world's largest networks for Board level women numbering 6,000 individuals across four continents.
