Sub Unit Manager SIAM Lead, Ikano Bank (Malmo / Glostrup)

Ikano Bank is transforming their IT Department and outsourcing to Cap Gemini. Service Management is a key part of the future Ikano IT operating model and IT organization and we are looking for a Sub Unit Manager - SIAM Lead to join the unit.

The SIAM Lead plays an important role in the change process in on boarding Cap Gemini and ensuring that the organization has the right capabilities to deliver services even in the long-term.

As a Sub Unit Manager SIAM Lead you will take ownership and governance of SIAM frameworks, methodologies, processes, models and management of the service providers performance against the contracted and agreed service levels. You will also take ownership of Service Desk and Service Management Office (SMO), which is a function accountable for Service Integration & Management. SMO takes responsibility for business continuity and service operations control. Service Desk takes care of the daily execution of end-to-end Service Management processes, designed, controlled and continually improved by the SMO.

The role is placed at Ikano Banks office either in Malmö, Sweden or Glostrup, Denmark and reports to the Head of Service Management Unit.

Examples of tasks and areas of responsibilities

• Take ownership for and lead the unit from a holistic perspective in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
• Overall responsibility for running and developing Service Management Office and Service Desk function
• Ownership and governance of SIAM frameworks, methodologies, processes, models and tools
• Accountable for supplier on boarding
• Accountable for Ikano Business Area Finance (BAF) IT Service Catalogue
• Continual performance monitoring of services and processes
• Ensuring that needed actions are done to achieve targets set for SMO and Service Desk
• Lead the function by being a good example and execute and deliver results through Ikano values
• Coach and empower your co-workers to perform and grow according to agreed goals
• Planning and allocation of personnel resources on projects within the unit
• Be a driver in continuous improvements of SIAM operations

The right person has a good understanding of IT service business delivery and processes. As a person you are a positive team player, communicative, structured and analytical. You have the ability to create good relationships across the organization and an interest in IT services, business and people. You enjoy having a good time at work with colleagues while at the same time performing and in relation to sometimes tight deadlines.

Are you the one for Ikano?
You have at least 10 years of professional experience in IT Service Management / IT Support with experience of project and process management. You have a university degree in technology, economics or similar sciences. Professional Certifications in relevant ICT Standards are a plus, in e.g. ITIL Enterprise IT Governance and project management.
